Hi, I'm Maria Zabro, a holistic facelift expert and educator.


I'm in my early 40s, and for the past 8 years, I have been continuously studying and practicing manual and holistic methods of facial rejuvenation

What started as a hobby turned out to be my truest purpose in life. But it wasn't always like this.

 I have extensive experience with Botox, fillers, and other types of injectables available on the market 10-15 years ago. In many countries social  pressure on women regarding how they are supposed to look at a certain age is huge. F.ex. I was pushed by my cosmetologist at that time to start Botox at the age of 25 as a "preventative measure," she said. At some point, the next injection didn’t go well, and I experienced all the typical side effects with droopy eyelids and puffiness for about a month.

Since then, I started to search for effective alternatives. I began with face yoga and facial exercises, but quickly realized they were not bringing me the results I wanted. It felt like some puzzle pieces were missing. Those techniques mainly worked on the muscle level, but there was so much more to consider! 

Then, I delved deeper and discovered various manual facelift techniques that allowed me to work with deeper layers - fascia, fat pads, ligaments, and even more osteopathic techniques for cranial bones. I ended up studying the connection between the body, face, and emotional tension. 

I continue to learn and expand my capabilities and skills. I can confidently say that the techniques I personally practice helped me break up with injectables many years ago and continue to help me avoid them in my 40s.

  • Are these rituals scheduled live or prerecorded?

    All video guides are prerecorded and available at any time through your private access on our website or through an application directly on your smartphone

  • Are there any contraindications ?

    General contraindications: Threads in the face (absolute contraindication), Plastic surgery (12 months post operation, after please double check with your surgeon), Botox (first months after injection), Fillers (2 months after injections. Feather you can practice, but avoid the area of the injection).   • How often should I follow those rituals?

    We recommend to practice 2-3 times a week. But follow your face and feeling the rituals bring, choose frequency in your own peace.

  • Will I need any tools for the rituals?

    Mostly, we will do exercises and self-massages involving only your hands. However, we include some additional techniques like cupping, gua sha, and face taping for even more incredible results. You can always find the tools you need on our web shop at www.agelessface.net.

  • How fast will I see the results?

    We are all different, and your personal results depend on many factors: how often you exercise and what your starting point is. On average, you can see very good results after one month. We recommend taking before and after pictures of your face to evaluate your progress.

I had some pain behind one ear before doing the exercises - I think it is related to jaw tension, and it disappeared after doing the exercises.
